Solution 2: Vuelve a instalar la versión 10.3 de Flash
- Paso 1: Desinstalar Flash
- Paso 2: Instalar Flash 10.3

Flash 11.3 se cierra

Flash 11.3 se cierra más a menudo que las versiones anteriores. La actualización a la última versión de Flash debe resolver el problema en la mayoría de los casos.

Nota: Este artículo se refiere en concreto a los errores con el plugin de Adobe Flash 11.3. Si, por otro lado, los problemas que encuentras con Flash 11.3 se refieren a la reproducción del vídeo (aparece en negro, blanco o gris o no se reproduce), visita Flash 11.3 no carga vídeos en Firefox.

Solución 1: Actualizar Flash

Ve a la página de descargas de Flash Player en Adobe.com y descarga el instalador de Flash.
Atención: La página de descargas de Adobe puede incluir una casilla de verificación para instalar software opcional (como Google Chrome o McAfee Security Scan) que está seleccionada de forma predeterminada. Si no desmarcas esta casilla antes de iniciar la descarga, este software se instalará en tu equipo cuando abras el instalador de Flash.
Cuando haya finalizado la descarga, cierra Firefox. En la parte superior de la ventana de Firefox, haz clic en el botón Firefox (menú Archivo en Windows XP) y haz clic en Salir.
Abre el archivo que descargaste y sigue las instrucciones del instalador.

Nota: Si estás experimentando problemas con el instalador de Flash desde la página de Adobe, puedes descargar el instalador completo de Flash Player directamente desde Adobe.com.

Solution 2: Vuelve a instalar la versión 10.3 de Flash

Si actualizaste Flash a la última versión y el problema persiste, intenta volver a instalar la versión 10.3 de Flash.

Advertencia: Flash 10.3 no se actualiza automáticamente, por lo que no se te notificarán nuevas versiones. Mantener Flash actualizado es imprescindible para que tu equipo esté seguro.

Nota: Recomendamos que escribas o imprimas las instrucciones a continuación, dado que deberás mantener cerrado Firefox durante el proceso.

Paso 1: Desinstalar Flash

Para desinstalar Flash en Windows, necesitarás un desinstalador de Adobe.

Descarga el programa de desinstalación de Adobe - uninstall_flash_player.exe (671 KB)
En la parte superior de la ventana de Firefox, haz clic en el botón Firefox (menú Archivo en Windows XP) y haz clic en Salir.
Ejecuta el programa de desinstalación de Flash que has descargado y sigue las indicaciones.
Cuando hayas terminado, vuelve a iniciar Firefox y continúa con la siguiente sección.

Paso 2: Instalar Flash 10.3

Las siguientes instrucciones te mostrarán cómo descargar e instalar Flash 10.3.

Descarga Flash 10.3 desde el sitio web de Adobe: install_flash_player_10_plugin.exe
En la parte superior de la ventana de Firefox, haz clic en el botón Firefox (menú Archivo en Windows XP) y haz clic en Salir.
Abre la carpeta de descargas y haz doble clic sobre el archivo que se llama install_flash_player_10_plugin.exe para iniciar la instalación.
Sigue las instrucciones que se indican en el instalador. Cuando la instalación haya finalizado podrás abrir Firefox de nuevo.
