Como cambiar o reconfigurar las teclas flechas arriba y abajo de excel 2010 para moverse entre las celdas

Presionar la tecla de (scroll) Bloq. Despl. (Bloque desplazamiento) en la parte superior derecha del teclado y allí puede ensayar el movimiento entre celdas en excel.

How do you change the functions of your arrow keys in excel?

Somehow the functions of my arrow keys in microsoft Excel got changed. When I use the up & down arrows my page scrolls up & down. I want the arrows to move from cell to cell. How do I do this?
